Brenda is a wellness consultant committed to helping people restore balance and well-being in their bodies and lives. After 17 years in the legal profession, Brenda left law in 2001 to study and teach mind/body health practices. Her career change came as a result of a cancer diagnosis that redirected her life’s work toward helping others live more full and meaningful lives.
Brenda is a certified nourishment and cleanse consultant, Kripalu yoga teacher, surgery consultant and SpiritSong sound healer. She is also a master trainer with Stanford University’s chronic disease self management program and has completed professional training with the Mind/Body Medical Institute and studied mindfulness-based stress reduction with senior teachers at the Center for Mindfulness.
