Maxine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering Individual and Group Psychotherapy Services for people dealing with anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, life transitions and other mental health challenges. She works collaboratively with clients to create a trusting therapeutic alliance that promotes insight, self-acceptance and change. She uses talk therapy along with breathing, relaxation, guided imagery and art. Working with clients in out-patient counseling settings, partial hospitalization programs and a college counseling center has given Maxine the opportunity to work with diverse individuals struggling with many different kinds of challenges.
