Rita Burpee – MA

Rita is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker working with adults and elders. As a Psychotherapist, Pastoral Minister and Registered Nurse, Rita’s work is holistically based, addressing the mind, body and spirit of the individual. The therapeutic environment in which she works is interactive, accepting and empathic. This creates a safe and confidential environment in which one can begin to know the self better including one’s deepest needs and desires toward a goal of living life to the fullest.

Rita holds graduate degrees in Clinical Social Work and Theology from Boston College. Her undergraduate work is in Social Work at Bridgewater State College and Nursing at Massasoit College in Brockton. In addition, she holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Trauma from Boston University. As a Pastoral Minister volunteer, she has visited the ill, home-bound and those at the end of life for 11 years. Rita Burpee has a private practice in Kingston, MA.
