Penny is an experienced group facilitator and teacher, human resources consultant and business coach. Her formal qualifications are in education and management. She spent many years working as a manager in adult education organizations, and has recently devoted herself to supporting others in similar roles to solve problems and do their best work, while caring for themselves. She discovered Finding the Deep River Within a couple of years ago, and since then has recommended the book to many of her friends, family and clients. Penny has trained with Abby Seixas as a facilitator, and believes that the deep river process can help us to begin the work of freeing ourselves from the many pressures that prevent us from having joyful, satisfying and meaningful lives.
