Anna discovered the Deep River work many years ago, at a time when she was trying to balance different roles in her life, including those of software engineer, mother of three teenagers, new wife, and nursing student.
She has since become a certified hospice nurse, and trained wilderness rites of passage guide. Anna draws on her training and experience in both of these fields, as well as her life experiences and longtime meditation practice, to offer a variety of workshops, groups, and wilderness programs.
