Debra is a professionally trained life coach and workshop facilitator who is certified through the Coaches Training Institute and International Coaching Federation. She is also a trained True Purpose coach through the True Purpose Institute. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Debra has been a facilitator of mindfulness techniques for over thirty years. She sits on the board of directors of The Renewed Hope Project, an organization that supports families dealing with addiction. Debra specializes in working with people who are unable to get “out of their heads” and are seeking a deeper sense of clarity about how to live a purposeful and authentic life.
