Leslie is director of the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute Organizational Development and Training Group and she is also a work/life balance coach. Leslie recently completed the University of Massachusetts Medical School Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Leslie received a Masters degree in educational administration from Harvard University. She also has a BA in human development from University of California, Davis. Leslie has been passionate about the issue of work/life balance since she became a working mother in 1985. She negotiated a balanced work schedule and has since assisted many women in creating that balance between home and work life. Leslie was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2003. She has worked to eliminate her own symptoms through melding the mind, body, spirit practices of yoga, breath work, mindfulness, exercise, rest and diet. Through this work she has found inner quiet and presence. She was awakened to her body’s natural wisdom and is now working with others to find the same inner peace, to find their inner oasis.
