This retreat will be about slowing down. It introduces three preliminary doorways and six core practices that can support us in allowing our own deeper currents to flow through daily life. You learn to
- Reconnect with yourself and tap hidden inner reserves
- Deal with inner and outer obstacles that hinder balanced living
- Appreciate and enjoy life as it is, in the present moment.
With the help of exercises, discussion, creative expression, humor, and each other, we explore ways to free ourselves from the tyranny of our “to-do’s,” resting in our deeper selves and in the gift of life.
