Abby will be at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts, giving talks on Friday afternoon (4 p.m.) and Saturday evening (6 p.m.) The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall! And Canyon Ranch is full of all kinds of activities for care of body, mind and soul. Even if you can’t stay the weekend, let Abby know if you’re out in the Lenox area and maybe you can stop by, hear one of the talks, and say hello!
